#20. Why is it that the lights are all on, but the keypad's not responding?

You may have put the system into Key-Lock mode, which can be turned off by pressing and holding the ‘On/Off’ key followed immediately (but not simultaneously) by the ‘Manual/Auto’ key and held for 2 seconds.
