#23. Do I need an outlet vent downstairs in a two-storied house?

Yes, this would be ideal, but as most installations are into existing homes, this is generally not possible. Your system will still work with the outlet vents upstairs but it may be necessary to allow some air to escape from the downstairs area to the outside.
