#6. Ducting Information.

The layout of the ducting chosen for the ventilation system has a large effect on the efficiency and noise of the system. The effect of grilles, bends, joints and size changes have to be taken into account when building your ducting system. Remember a single bend can effectively add 1-1.5 meters to the overall duct length.

The ducting should slope away from the fans, with no dips in the middle so condensation can build up.
